Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our executive leadership team. The HRBP will oversee our global human resources and talent management functions, playing a pivotal role in shaping StarTree’s culture. This individual will drive employee engagement, support strategic organizational goals, and foster a positive, productive work environment that aligns with our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global HR strategies that align with StarTree’s mission and business goals.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes to attract diverse and top talent. Monitor the KPIs.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team and senior management on workforce planning and organizational design
- Design and implement strategies for employee retention, career development, and training programs, while overseeing performance management systems.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international employment laws and regulations.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable structures across the organization.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, driving programs that foster an inclusive workplace.
- Measure, analyze, and improve HR performance and employee engagement metrics.
- Lead workplace health and safety efforts, including wellness programs.
- Guide HR strategies during periods of organizational change, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
- Effectively manage the global HR budget, optimizing resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in global recruiting and managing cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in human resources, with extensive knowledge of HR best practices.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
- Deep understanding of employment laws, industry trends, and organizational dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and change management abilities.
- Demonstrated success in driving organizational development and managing complex HR initiatives.
