Key Responsibilities:
Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead follow-up.
Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and availability.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Sales Records: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers.
Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
