Role Overview:

NovoWash is seeking an experienced and passionate Angel Investor, Board Member, or Co-Founder with a proven track record in venture investing, e-commerce growth, or high-level strategy. As a pivotal player in our leadership team, you will bring strategic insights, capital investment, and entrepreneurial expertise to propel NovoWash into its next growth phase. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute at an executive level and shape the future of our rapidly growing business.

Responsibilities:

Investment & Strategic Guidance: Provide capital investment,along with high-level strategic insight to support growth objectives and expand market reach.

Leadership & Vision: Collaborate with the founding team to refine NovoWash’s vision, product roadmap, and market positioning.

Board Participation: Serve as an active board member, bringing a strong voice and perspective on corporate governance, risk management, and industry trends.

Partnerships & Networking: Leverage your network to open doors to strategic partnerships, key hires, and other resources to support business development.

Mentorship & Development: Guide the leadership team by sharing industry knowledge, fostering growth, and promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an angel investor, board member, or co-founder with a focus on e-commerce, tech startups, or B2C platforms.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to build, mentor, and innovate within a dynamic team.
• Excellent network within the venture capital, tech, or automotive industries.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for eco-friendly and customer-centric solutions.
• Willingness to invest financially or provide equivalent value through time, mentorship, and strategic guidance.
