We're seeking a dynamic Project Manager to support our client programs, with a significant focus on our collaborations with the U.S. Air Force and Department of Defense clients. What you'll do:
- Manage ongoing client projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.
- Provide monthly reporting to stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Plan and communicate project schedules and roadmaps effectively, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Support client meetings and events, fostering productive interactions and liaising between industry ,government and/or internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate event logistics, including registrations, accommodations, and catering, to ensure seamless execution.
- Establish best project management practices, contributing to enhancing internal and client-facing processes, documentation, templates and automations.
- Maintain consistency in project tracking using tools like Notion, conduct quality assurance checks, and preserve file plan integrity.
- Deliver outstanding administrative and organizational support to our Program Management teams, ensuring project efficacy.
- Collaborate closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to understand project requirements, communicate processes, prioritize tasks, and maintain project momentum.
- Work cross-functionally and collaborating with program management, marketing, design, and facilitation teams to achieve client goals and project objectives.
What you’ll work on:
- Spearhead automation initiatives to optimize team calendar management.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of monthly and quarterly metric reports to clients.
- Prepare and deliver project close out reports.
- Coordinate client events and collaborate with marketing and product teams.
- Hubspot Management: form building, report building, data clean up, and contact uploads for various client projects.
- Support client projects from inception to completion, including timeline development, deliverable management, and partner coordination.
- Support team members in navigating government processes, including assisting with all necessary steps to obtain and maintain essential credentials.
Some basic qualifiers:
- 3-5+ years of applicable work experience, preferably with government or technology customers; interest and understanding of startup culture is preferred.
- Previous experience using project management and CRM tools such as Notion, HubSpot, Microsoft Teams, and GSuite is a plus—bonus points for any formal project management training.
- Previous Zapier experience is a plus.
- Experience working with the U.S. Department of Defense (active duty or civilian) or other government entities is preferred.
- Knowledge of government contracting is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- You love speaking with clients and getting to the heart of their goals, problems, etc. You prioritize data-driven decision-making and possess a strong understanding and passion for technology and innovation.
- You thrive in dynamic environments and quickly adapt to evolving daily needs.
- Open to travel on occasion to support program management initiatives.
- Salary: Commercially comparable.
- Location: Remote availability with preference for candidates in Minnesota or the Central Time Zone.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
