Lead Software Engineer & Senior Software Engineer (Ruby, React.js)

What You’ll Do:
💻 Build scalable SaaS applications, leading the team to success with a focus on quality and speed
🤝 Mentor teammates and foster a collaborative environment
🏗️ Shape product architecture and identify risks, guiding the team through technical challenges
🔍 Work across shared codebases, introduce new tools, and reduce tech debt
🌟 Take ownership of technical decisions and help teams scale effectively

What We’re Looking For:
✅ 5-7+ years of experience in building high-performance microservices and leading teams
✅ Polyglot mindset (experience with Ruby, TypeScript, SQL, Node.js, React.js)
✅ Knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm is a plus
✅ Experience in enterprise SaaS and familiarity with ML/AI is preferred
✅ Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring and team growth
