Operations Engineer

We are looking for a Node.js backend developer who is fluent in Javascript and has experience working with APIs and data transformations.

Note: We are not looking for frontend developers who have only used Node for build tools.

What you'll do:

You will handle tickets to maintain existing in-code integration workflows that sync our clients' data between SAAS platforms.

We have hundreds of active integration workflows for our clients. These sometimes need maintenance or the clients request changes. Your role is to keep this support queue emptied out, as well as to monitor all existing workflows and keep them running with optimal runtime.

What we need:

• 4+ years of experience with Javascript-heavy applications in Node.js.
• Up to date with modern Javascript methods and experience.
• A solid understanding of web basics and protocols.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Good duplication. Ability to rapidly assimilate confusing patterns and turn it them into simplicity.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent communication skills.
