We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cold Calling Specialist to help drive leads and boost growth for Broadn.io, a leading B2B SaaS company specializing in quote-to-cash automation for the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B sales outreach and be comfortable engaging potential clients on the phone.
Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce Broadn's unique solutions for automating quote-to-cash processes.
Conduct initial outreach calls to understand client needs, provide a high-level overview of our software, and capture key insights.
Use active listening skills to engage and build rapport with prospects while conveying our value proposition.
Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure they meet the target profile for our sales team. Document client responses, objections, and call outcomes in CRM systems accurately.
Follow up with qualified leads to nurture relationships and coordinate further sales discussions if necessary.
Requirements
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in cold calling, B2B sales, or lead generation for SaaS, ideally with a focus on complex solutions or manufacturing industry services.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions in a straightforward and engaging way.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and familiar with outreach techniques across phone, email, and messaging platforms like WhatsApp.
Proactive Attitude: Highly motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude towards making outbound calls and handling rejections professionally.
Problem-Solving: Ability to understand client pain points and adapt messaging to highlight Broadn’s value as a solution.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in the manufacturing or automation industries is a plus.
Familiarity with SaaS solutions in B2B sales contexts.
