Role Overview:

As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be responsible for engaging with users across multiple channels, answering their inquiries, and ensuring they get the most out of their HOF Bets subscription.

You’ll also help us continuously improve our customer experience by collecting feedback and assisting with broader marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Multi-Channel Communication: Respond to user inquiries across email, social media, phone, and text.
  • Onboarding & Education: Guide new users and help them maximize HOF Bets’ features.
  • Customer Engagement & Retention: Build relationships to ensure satisfaction and continued subscriptions.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather user insights to improve the product and customer experience.
  • Success Metrics Tracking: Monitor and optimize user engagement and retention.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to improve satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years in customer success, support, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Passionate about following sports and sports betting.
  • Experience with SaaS or mobile apps.
