Product Manager :- ( Analytics & Digital Transformation )

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team, focusing on backend application modernization, analytics, and creating innovative digital solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, strong consulting skills, and excellent team management abilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead backend application modernization initiatives to enhance system performance and scalability
• Develop and implement analytics solutions using Power BI to drive data-informed decision-making
• Create efficient business process automation solutions using Power Automate
• Design and develop custom business applications with Power Apps
• Analyze and understand complex business problem statements from clients
• Conceptualize and implement digital solutions to address identified business needs
• Provide UI/UX input to ensure intuitive and user-friendly solution designs
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and implement tailored solutions
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to implementation and optimization
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, fostering collaboration and driving productivity
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project success

Required Skills and Experience :

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in a consulting or solutions-oriented environment
• Proficiency in designing backend processes
• Power BI for data visualization and analytics
• Power Apps/Retool for custom application development
• Understanding of backend technologies and modernization strategies
• Experience in UI/UX design principles and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in implementing solutions for clients in various industries
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective team management and client interactions
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• 2-6 Years of experience

Desired Qualifications :

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
• Familiarity with data architecture and ETL processes
• Experience in change management and user adoption strategies
