Job summary
SuperProcure is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Digital Transformation - SCM Consulting. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation initiatives, particularly in SAP integration and implementation for our clients. The ideal candidate should have 12+ years of relevant work experience and a strong background in consulting within the supply chain management domain.

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end implementation of projects and SAP integration, ensuring that technical solutions are delivered, within scope, and in compliance with best practices.
Build, train and manage the integration team to guarantee seamless connectivity between clients' existing systems and SuperProcure's solutions.
Collaborate closely with enterprise-level clients to understand their complex supply chain needs, and curated transformation solutions that address their specific challenges.
Developing and creating collateral, new capabilities working closely with cross-functional teams (internal and external). Understand client digital transformation needs & consult/provide customized solutions,
Manage end to end pre-sales activities for large enterprise clients for digital transformation by identifying opportunity, pitch the right digital solution, solution building, business case creation etc.
Adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while working under deadlines.
Take initiative, drive results and take on increasing levels of responsibility

Skills and Qualifications
12+ years of experience in supply chain management consulting with a focus on digital transformation.
Proven experience in SAP integration and implementation projects with SCM background
Exceptional project management skills with Leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
