We, at TruckX, are looking for a high caliber Customer Support Executive who want to join an
ambitious team whose goal is to expand the reach and growth.

Using a combination of software and hardware, we’re transforming an industry that has seen
little innovation for decades; and we already support more than 50,000 customers.
Qualification: Bachelors / Masters Degree required
Location: Pune
Job Responsibilities-
Audit support tickets and call recordings for quality and adherence.
Identify errors, discrepancies, and process improvement opportunities.
Prepare detailed reports and present findings to management
Performs call / chat monitoring and provides feedback to the agents.
Conduct regular audits of customer support interactions across various channels (phone, email, chat, social media) to assess the quality, compliance, and effectiveness of service delivery
Preferred Candidate-
Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care
Must be self-motivator and self-starter
Good listening and analytical skills
Confident & persistent
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Timing: 9 hrs shift/day and 5.5 working days in a week
