Dirctor - Analytics & BI

*Responsibilities*

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

• Lead a team to provide timely and accurate data analysis and reporting to support decision-making across the organization

• Work closely with senior leadership to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports to track and monitor KPIs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and ensure data quality and integrity

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics to drive continuous improvement

• Manage the department budget and resources effectively to meet business objectives

• Setup and monitor ETL

• Analyzing local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the Analytics and business intelligence domain

• Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data

• Strong team management skills

• Advance knowledge of programming languages like SQL and Python

• Experience in ETL framework

• Knowledge of data visualisation software like Tableau, Qlik, Zoho analytics, power bi etc

• Problem-solving skills

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Good verbal and Written communication skills
