The Voice Process Executive handles inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, provide product or service information, and resolve issues. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and building customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Answer incoming calls from customers, listen to their needs, and provide helpful solutions.
Outbound Calls: Make calls to customers as needed for follow-up, feedback, or information updates.
Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction.
Product/Service Knowledge: Understand the company’s products or services to provide accurate information to customers.
Data Entry: Record call details, customer interactions, and feedback accurately in the system.
Team Collaboration: Work with the team to share insights and improve service quality.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; any additional training in customer service is a plus.
Experience: Freshers welcome; previous experience in a voice process or customer service role is advantageous.
