ABOUT THE TEAMAt Trendyol, the Services Team is aim to carry the Trendyol impact forward by providing the fastest and most effective solution services to our customers. We provide services to our customers through 2 main branches: Financial Services, Value added services &digital goods. Our purpose is to simplify and improve lives of our shoppers and sellers on and off our platform by providing meaningful and high quality service with transparent and affordable prices.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Defining and streamlining TYG's financial services and payment strategy, as well as business objectives across all markets, through close collaboration with services heads.
- Ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of outputs in the initial phase of new business development within Services by working closely with other TY teams (continuous followup of best practices in local and international markets, orchestration of initial feasibility assessment and market research for new business ideas etc.)
- End-to-end establishment and management of strategic Services partnerships in Turkey, coordinating with both services and other TY teams.
- Manage ideas, projects, people, time, and resources necessary to keep Trendyol Group services business moving forward
QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8-15 years experience in financial management, business planning, management consulting, strategy, project management, or business-related roles
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics or Engineering)
- Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
- Work closely with Head of Services Business
- Detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving skills
- Good business acumen & curiosity, including skill in understanding the business, competition, and growth opportunities
