SMEセールスアカウントマネージャーは、中小企業アカウントから新しいビジネス、利益を生み出すポジションです。サイバーセキュリティアンバサダーとして、見込み顧客の組織、課題、問題点を理解し、Cybereasonソリューションがどのようにお客様の問題解決に繋がるのか、お客様のサイバーセキュリティおよびビジネスイニシアチブに沿った提供をどのようにするのか理解を深めて頂きます。

- 自身のセールスリード発掘する
- 平均セールスサイクル3〜5ヶ月間、最初から最後まで、セールスを実行する
- セールスエンジニア、セールスオペレーション、フィールドリーダーシップ、チャネルディレクターなど、部門の枠を超えチームと協力し成功に繋げる
- リード、テリトリー計画、ビジネス目標など、タイムリーで正確な情報を経営陣に提供する。
- 月次、四半期、および年次の販売目標を達成または超越を目指す。
- 顧客の採用を増やすため、良好なビジネス関係を構築する

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be a cybersecurity ambassador with a passion for succeeding in our cutting edge Cyber Security industry.
What you will do
- Lead your own sales opportunities
- Run sales from start to finish where the average sales cycle is 3-5 months.
- Work with a cross functional team to achieve success including sales engineers, sales operations, field leadership and channel directors
- Provide timely and accurate information to management such as forecasting, territory plans, business objectives etc.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives.
- Build business relationships to increase customer adoption
What we are looking for
- A demonstrable track record of success within inside sales or business development (BDR) with small to medium sized enterprise customers
- Experience in Business to Business sales (B2B), ideally with technology/SaaS related enterprise business
- Time management skills
- Strong relationship building skills when working with customers, prospects and internal colleagues
- Growth mindset and is consistently working to improve their skills
- Understanding of the sales process, and ability to progress and move forward sales cycles
- Communication and presentation skills via web-based tools
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- The drive to contribute, grow and make an impact on a rapidly growing department and company
