Backed by $800k from AI engineers and creators, we're a profitable startup that's first to market in this exciting segment.

We are a core team of 5, seeking a founding engineer to co-lead engineering and product alongside the CTO.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems to support our rapidly growing platform.
• Optimize our AI pipelines, enhancing performance and efficiency.
• Work with embeddings to improve our models and user experiences.
• Experiment with LLM pipelines, contributing to innovative AI features.
• Explore fine-tuning opportunities to tailor models to our unique needs.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years building production code
• Languages: Proficiency in Python is required.
• LLM Enthusiast: A strong interest in Large Language Models and hands-on experience experimenting with them.
• Production Experience: Bonus if you've deployed LLMs in production environments.

Bonus Points For

• GoLang and GCloud
• Framework Familiarity: Knowledge of LLM frameworks like DSPy is helpful but not mandatory.
• Reinforcement Learning: Experience applying RL techniques to improve AI models.
• Fine-Tuning Expertise: Skilled in customizing and fine-tuning language models.
• Community Engagement: Active involvement in the AI engineering community.
