Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Software Project Manager to join our team and lead software development projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project management for software development, with strong skills in planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they meet quality, scope, and budget objectives. This role requires hands-on experience with project management tools and methodologies and excellent leadership abilities to guide cross-functional teams and drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
Manage project resources, budgets, and schedules, and make adjustments as necessary.
Facilitate collaboration between development, design, and quality assurance teams.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Conduct regular project reviews and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
Ensure projects adhere to the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software project management.
Proficiency in project management tools (such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello).
Strong understanding of software development processes, particularly Agile and Scrum.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with software development languages like PHP, Python, or Java is a plus.
