Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior PHP Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with PHP, Laravel, MySQL, Firebase, and Flutter. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex web and mobile applications, leading development projects, and mentoring junior developers. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and maintenance of web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.
Design, manage, and optimize database systems using MySQL.
Build and integrate real-time applications with Firebase.
Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration with server-side logic.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and high performance.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems.
Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to maintain code quality.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on PHP and Laravel.
Proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework.
Strong experience with MySQL database management.
Expertise in Firebase for developing real-time applications.
Advanced knowledge of Flutter for mobile application development.
Experience with Git version control and collaborative workflows.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud).
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
