The Role
The Manager, Sales Support will lead a team of analysts supporting Veeva’s North American sellers and customers in opportunity, quote, and renewal management. Your primary responsibility is overseeing the process of creating, approving, and routing order forms for Veeva’s subscription business with quality and speed. An ideal candidate has several years of people leadership experience and has worked in a high-volume SaaS environment in sales or operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a team of 5+ analysts, supporting 20+ sales teams
- Ensure accurate opportunity management and processing leveraging Veeva’s CRM and reporting tools
- Manage inventory of renewals, closing 95%+ in quarter
- Analyze complex data sets and share insights with sales and operations leadership
- Manage special projects (~15% of time)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience managing a team of individual contributors
- 5+ years of combined experience in Sales or Sales supporting function
- 2+ years of experience analyzing complex data sets
- 2+ Years in Software/SaaS environment
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal)

Compensation
- Base pay: $80,000 - $115,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
