Product Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Product Manager in our Product Management Consulting department, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformative business outcomes for our clients. You will partner closely with clients to drive the product lifecycle from ideation to delivering successful product launches.

  Understand client business challenges and translate them into product opportunities.

• Creating a Product Roadmap That Meets Business Goals
  Develop and execute product roadmap aligned with business objectives.

• Identifying Opportunities Through Market and Competitor Analysis
  Conduct market research, competitive analysis and customer analysis to identify opportunities.

• Defining Product Requirements and Ensuring Alignment with Business Goals
  Define product requirements, create product specifications, and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Product Launch and Optimization
  Oversee launches and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

• Using Data and Analytics to Guide Product Decisions and Optimize Performance
  Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions, measure performance, and optimize product offerings.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  Lead cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to deliver exceptional products. Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions to generate innovative solutions.

• Client Partnership
  Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges, identify opportunities, and develop product strategies aligned with their overall objectives.

Qualifications:

1. At least 2-3 years of experience in product management and business analysis.
2. Proven track record of delivering successful digital products from ideation to launch.
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Willing to work in Sri Petaling.
