We provide high-quality human feedback data to leading AI companies like Anthropic, Meta, and Google, crucial for evaluating and training their models. Founded by ML experts, we've built a US-based workforce, custom annotation tools, and advanced quality control systems. Our product is revolutionizing ML teams' work, and we've achieved profitability without venture funding.

As a Frontend Engineer at Surge, you’ll have the opportunity to design and build beautiful, intuitive products that power cutting-edge AI systems. You’ll join a small, fast-growing team of former engineering leaders and ML practitioners from Google, Meta, Twitter, and Airbnb, solving challenging problems and making a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Build modern, responsive user interfaces for tools that gather and visualize complex datasets.
• Design and develop products that help communicate model evaluation results and insights to clients efficiently.
• Create interactive products that convey complex instructions to our workforce, enabling high-quality annotations and evaluations.
• Collaborate with backend and ML engineers to implement features that improve AI model training processes.
