Unity Developer - Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Rapidly develop high-quality core gameplay features based on product requirements.
2. Manage and organize client-side resources while ensuring code quality.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues for both offline and online versions of the game.
4. Provide suggestions for game client performance optimization and implement solutions.
5. Develop tools to improve development efficiency and team collaboration.
6. Tackle and solve challenging technical problems encountered during development.

Requirements:

1. Over 5 years of experience working with the Unity engine. Must have participated in the full development cycle of at least two mobile games, with strong proficiency in mobile game development using Unity.
2. Proficient in Lua and C# syntax and features.
3. Solid foundation in algorithms and data structures.
4. Strong logical thinking and programming habits, with the ability to independently solve technical issues.
5. Ability to read and understand English technical documentation and a strong aptitude for learning.
6. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
7. Familiarity with computer graphics and rendering optimization techniques.
8. Knowledge of computer network protocols.
