Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Blockchain Full Stack Engineer/Lead to develop and lead the creation of decentralized applications (dApps) and platforms. You will work across the full technology stack, handling everything from front-end to back-end development, while focusing on blockchain integration. Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications integrated with blockchain solutions.
Design and implement smart contracts using Solidity (or other relevant languages) and integrate them with front-end interfaces.
Build and maintain scalable backend services using frameworks like Node.js, Express, or similar.
Collaborate with the product team and contribute to product architecture and design decisions.
Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices for blockchain development.
Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of blockchain-based systems.
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in blockchain and Full Stack development.

Skills & Qualifications:
Required:
Proficiency in Full Stack Development: Strong experience with front-end (React, Vue.js, Angular) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, Python, or Go).
Experience with Databases: Knowledge of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
Blockchain Experience: Familiarity with blockchain concepts such as smart contracts, decentralized apps (dApps), and distributed ledger technology.
Smart Contract Development: Experience with Solidity, Ethereum, or any EVM-compatible blockchain.
Version Control: Strong experience using Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
Problem Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize performance in complex systems.
Team Player: Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred:
Blockchain Expertise: Advanced experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Solana, or Hyperledger.
DevOps & Cloud: Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.
Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading engineering teams or projects.
Security: Understanding of security best practices for smart contracts and blockchain architecture.
