Responsibilities

We are looking for junior backend developers to provide support and monitoring for our critical production applications, as well as build new features. Your primary responsibility will be to triage issues for applications and build enhancements that prevent such issues in the future. You will perform an initial investigation to resolve issues and escalate them in a timely manner. You may also act as a point of contact for customers in production and assist with onboarding, triaging, coordinating deployments with customers and internal DrinkPrime teams.

• Troubleshooting and solving technical issues and defects.
• On-call rotation for monitoring and resolving alerts and production issues.
• Requires you to work on one of the weekends, with a compensatory off on a weekday (5 day work week)
• Proactively look for opportunities to address technical or process gaps.
• Build minor enhancements to existing features

Requirements

• BE/BTech, MCA degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Problem solving skills and experience in basic troubleshooting of APIs using Postman
• 1-2 years of experience in SQL/MySQL is preferred. Experience in Java is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Prior experience in implementing and/or supporting cloud applications is desirable.
