Job Description
We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to identify market opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and support our business expansion efforts.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and collaborate with communities, brands, and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to execute joint marketing campaigns aimed at user growth and brand performance.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry players to expand our network and business reach.
• Develop and implement market development strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
• Identify new business opportunities to broaden our product and service offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business development plans.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and connect with potential partners.
• Prepare detailed business development reports and presentations for senior management.

Requirements

• Extensive KOL resources and channels, with proven experience in expanding partnerships, especially on a global scale.
• At least 3+ years of experience in business development, community outreach, or partnerships.
• Strong communication skills with a knack for client acquisition and sales.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• High level of commitment and goal-oriented mindset.
• Deep understanding of the Web3 and cryptocurrency space.
