Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Developer to join our dynamic team. Your primary mission will be to design and implement AI models that enhance business efficiency and fuel growth. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong passion for AI technology, a deep understanding of real-time data-driven solutions, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and maintain AI systems and applications.
· Utilize machine learning algorithms, framework and tools to analyze large data sets.
· Build scalable solutions and predictive models for various business needs including for efficient energy consumption, route optimization, and scheduling.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into products.
· Stay updated with the latest industry practices and continuously improve AI methodologies.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
· 2-5 years of experience as an AI Developer or in a similar role.
· Strong expertise in mathematics, probability, statistics, and algorithm design.
· Proficiency in data modeling and developing software architectures for real-time systems.
· Programming skills in Python, Java, R, or similar languages.
· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset, willing to experiment with new ideas.

· Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly.
