We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and user-focused Product Designer to help shape the future of B2B financial experiences.

What You’ll Bring:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field; Graduate degree is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in interface design, delivering impactful, user-centered design for SaaS or mobile products.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design processes and Agile development.
• Proficient in storytelling through storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Demonstrated ability to set and communicate a vision for customer experience, inspiring collaboration across teams.
• Skilled communicator and presenter, experienced in working cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and user research.
• Organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple complex projects efficiently.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), with a focus on low-fidelity prototyping.
• Familiarity with web and mobile technologies (HTML, CSS, AJAX) and how they impact design feasibility.
• Strong online portfolio showcasing a passion for creating user-centered products.
• B2B experience is a plus.

How You Will Lead:

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver strategic, end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile platforms, balancing user needs, business goals, and technology constraints.
• Transform conceptual ideas into effective design solutions, communicating them clearly to internal leaders, partners, and customers.
• Develop user experience visions, UI specifications, wireframes, and prototypes, bringing simplicity to complex systems.
• Collaborate closely with researchers, product managers, developers, and marketers to drive impactful user-centered solutions.
• Use facilitative leadership to guide stakeholders toward optimal outcomes, sharing expertise, and inspiring teammates.
• Actively engage with and contribute to Pazy’s design community, mentoring junior designers and fostering a culture of learning and growth.
