Decentralised finance despite its explosive growth over the last 2 years is still very much in its infancy. As more and more web3 version of web2 solutions get developed, over-collateralisation remains a critical problem. With Hashstack's Open protocol, we solve this predicament by bringing under-collateralised loans to the crypto retail.

We are looking for people, the masters of their craft to join us in this journey; help us get a step closer to what Hashstack can truly be 5 years from now.

Scope of work

1. Design user-centric coherent experiences for Hashstack & its products.
2. Participate in product requirement discussions, clarify design goals, develop effective design strategies & provide complete visual solutions.
3. Proactively drive conduct user research, competitor analysis.
4. Translate the user insights into artifacts (user stories, wireframes, mock-ups, & prototypes) around customer needs using Figma & other tools.
5. Collaborate with product, research & engineers to find implementation solutions and work together to complete interface development, promote and track design effects, and ensure the quality of design implementation.
6. Solve novel user interaction issues related to cross-chain applications (multiple wallets, slow confirmation times, & early stage of software tools).
7. Prepare interactive prototypes.
8. Stay up-to-date with competitor products & industry trends.

Qualifications

1. Bachelors/Masters degree in Design/Architecture is preferred.
2. 4+ years of Internet design experience, familiar with Web RWD, iOS, Android design rules.
3. Deep understanding of various design systems, principles & best practices.
4. Be able to accurately position the product style, have mature judgment on various visual techniques, and be able to plan the style evolution direction with business as needed.
5. Have a perfect professional knowledge system, able to use interactions, visuals and other related knowledge in multiple fields to solve problems, and be able to effectively articulate design ideas.
6. Have business line thinking, ability to identify the reasonableness of requirements, propose improvement plans, and be able to undertake the overall design optimization or transformation of business lines.
7. Practical experience working with Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin, Illustrator.
8. Previous fintech experience is a plus.
9. Excellent time manager.
