Seeking a dynamic VP of Engineering with 5+ years of senior leadership experience to join StackGaurdian as we plan for growth post Series A. The ideal candidate will be a full-stack expert (Python, React, Go), with robust cloud operations, QA/testing, and AI/ML product-building skills. You should have startup experience building teams from the ground up and leading offshore teams spread across several timezones.

Key Qualifications:

7+ years in tech with 4+ years in senior/management roles or scaling businesses
Proven full-stack expertise and cloud operations experience.
Strong background in AI/ML and QA/testing methodologies.
Oversee all engineering efforts, drive product ownership, and manage multi-million budgets
Serve as a technical evangelist and active in developer networks
Maintain a coachable, constructive personality and hands-on IC abilities
