Key Responsibilities

• Craft client code that is not just efficient, but also performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality.
• Provide accurate status tracking, reporting, and estimation using project methods and tools.
• Gather requirements, validate their understanding amongst the team, create and maintain relevant documentation.
• Execute activities within current methodology and upholding the highest quality standards.
• Foster collaboration with fellow engineers, designers, and managers to comprehend user pain points and iterate on solutions that drive client success.
• Take ownership of projects, from technical design to a successful launch.
• Identifying performance bottlenecks and optimizing React components and application logic to improve rendering speed and overall performance, utilizing techniques like code splitting and lazy loading.
• Writing unit tests for React components using testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library to ensure code quality and reliability, and debugging issues to identify and resolve bugs efficiently.
• Using version control systems like Git for code versioning, collaborating with other developers through branching and pull requests, and following Git best practices for team collaboration.
• Following coding standards and best practices for ReactJS development, including code formatting, naming conventions, and documentation to ensure maintainability and readability of codebase.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in ReactJS and front-end development, exploring new tools, libraries, and techniques to enhance skills and contribute to the continuous improvement of projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in the specified technologies.
• Should possess strong knowledge of React, Charting (eg: Chart.js, D3, Highcharts) experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies using Jira or Azure Dev Ops (ADO).
• Experience in analyzing incidents, issues or resolving bugs in Production in short turn-around time.
• Experience of building applications in Azure or any cloud and NodeJS is a plus.
• Experience in creating and implementing well-tested, scalable, and performant enterprise-level systems.
• Should be able to handle documentation and tasks independently.
• Proficiency in the English language and proactive communication skills.

Additional Experience Desired:

• Knowledge of source control tools.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (inheritance, polymorphism, classes, instances, properties).
• Knowledge of protocols like HTTP, and serialization formats like JSON and XML.
• Knowledge of document databases.
• Experience with Unit testing.
