Producer

We Need…

a Producer to manage a variety of projects from concept to completion. In this role, you’ll be integral to ensuring success for both Struck and our clients. With a strong grasp of timelines, budgets, and quality, you’ll coordinate efforts to bring our creative visions to life.

You Have…

• 3+ years of agency experience producing diverse project types.
• Expertise in managing projects for large-scale clients and handling substantial budgets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable working with large, multi-disciplinary teams and external vendors.
• A passion for delivering top-quality creative work within budget constraints.
• A strong sense of urgency and exceptional attention to detail.
• An interest in mentoring team members and supporting their growth.

You will…

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to execute projects across print, digital, video/photography, architectural design, and more.
• Manage client communications regarding production plans, recommendations, and project challenges, while setting realistic expectations and offering solutions.
• Define and oversee project parameters, including scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Track project risks and scope changes, proactively addressing potential issues to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Production on various tasks, including new business pitches and proposals.
• Ensure clear, consistent communication between all team members, including creatives, strategists, client partners, developers, vendors, contractors, and clients.
