Software Sales Representative

One Step Software provides software to over 1,000 addiction and mental group homes. We provide valuable software to these programs which help people get re-acclimated into society. Founded in 2017, we are the largest software provider in the space. We have a great reputation due to our easy to use product, fast customer service and ability to listen to our clients' needs.

We are looking for self starters who are smart, curious, motivated and excited to join a startup. We love what we do and we are looking for more people who are passionate about our product and want to deliver the very best to our clients!

You will be responsible for:
Lead generation through outbound sales calls
Qualifying leads and properly vetting them before you engage with them
Booking demos with high quality leads
Following up with clients who have expressed interest in our software

Minimum Requirements:
1+ years experience in a customer facing role
Proficient in cold calling
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent CRM skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage your own time
Thirst for learning
Self motivated
