Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the recruitment process, including receiving and reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and supporting the overall talent acquisition efforts of the organization. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (we currently use Ashby)
Google Suite, Slack, and database/data entry skills
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
2-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing for high volume technical positions.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools (Experience with Ashby or similar ATS preferred).
Experience with Niche Agencies or Consulting Organizations is a plus.
Prior experience with Global Talent Acquisition teams and processes is preferred
Prior experience within prop-tech/real estate/SaaS industry is preferred
