Game Design Lead (H5 Web Games/Mobile Games)

Salary: £28000 to £35000 per year depending on qualifications and experience + approximately £3500 per year personal allowance

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the design of game systems, features, and events, and writing the corresponding documentation.
Communicate effectively with other designers, developers, and artists to ensure the results align with the design concepts.
Analyze and optimize existing content based on online data and user feedback.
Job Requirements:

Over five years of design experience, capable of leading a team, with a focus on game economy design preferred. Must have participated in the full development cycle of at least one mobile game. Experience with interactive games, especially those involving merging mechanics, is preferred.
Prior experience independently designing complete systems, features, and events, with a track record of releasing and iterating on them, is a plus.
Players who have made in-game purchases, especially high-spending ones, are preferred.
Familiarity with Western player psychology and strong market analysis skills.
Passionate about casual games, with excellent communication skills, a strong sense of teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure. Fluency in English is a plus.
