Game Operations Manager (H5 Web Games/Mobile Games)

Salary: £28000 to £35000 per year depending on qualifications and experience + approximately £3500 per year personal allowance

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the operation of mobile game products, including formulating operational plans, strategies, layouts, and organizing and supervising the execution of operations, with accountability for product revenue.
Build and manage the operations team, participate in the commercialization design of the product, and take charge of planning operational activities.
Organize product operation data analysis and drive the development team to resolve issues found in relevant versions.
Based on current version data and future version plans, coordinate with the marketing team to provide suggestions for promotional plan adjustments.
Job Requirements:

More than five years of planning experience with the ability to lead a team, and at least 1-2 complete project experiences.
Have a personal methodology for retention optimization and commercialization design, and able to review problems from the perspective of both a game designer and an operator.
Excellent data analysis and logical thinking skills, with experience in product R&D and optimization from 0 to 1 being a plus.
Strong sense of game operations, with an ability to understand and cater to players' consumption preferences.
Strong team management skills, able to effectively motivate the team and achieve set goals.
