Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications using Spring Boot and Python
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements
• Optimize NoSQL/NewSQL database solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in software development or related field
• 7-8 years of Java development experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Team-Leadership
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Python, and Microservices
• Experience with NoSQL/NewSQL databases, RESTful APIs, and Git
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Front-end technology knowledge (JavaScript, React, Angular)
• Containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Data analytics or machine learning background
• Team leadership and people management experience (3+ years)
