LANDED is looking to hire an Operations Manager to supercharge LANDED’s operations as we scale.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage a high-performance operations team overseeing Chat, Customer Support, Go-to-market (GTM) Support, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Systems teams
- Create a customer-centric approach to ensure clarity and efficiency in all client-facing communications
- Play a crucial role in streamlining, implementing and managing quality assurance (QA) processes
- Spearhead efforts in resourcing strategy, ensuring proper staffing levels are present to support business objectives and growth, as well as conduct regular reviews on team performance
- Recognize operational processes that could be productized and propose effective solutions to the Product and Engineering team
- Evaluate key operational metrics and data, using findings to optimize existing practices or develop new processes that drive favorable business outcomes
- Partner with GTM teams to streamline onboarding, client strategy enhancements, and ensure successful client relationships
- Empower, guide and mentor the team in developing a high level of technical competence and execution coupled with strategic, problem-solving abilities
Who you are:
- 8+ years of experience in leading an operations team in a high-growth environment
- Familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR SaaS solutions, and / or APIs
- You’re a go-getter and a determined and passionate professional who’s excited to scale a core function at a fast-growing startup. Being a problem solver comes naturally to you, and you have a knack for identifying opportunities for optimization and growth
- Your analytical and data analysis skills are well-honed
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to find smart and creative solutions and approaches and have strong problem-solving abilities while staying organized and focused
- A great communicator and collaborator who’s able to work and thrive in cross-functional environments
- Have a deep understanding of customer service and tooling systems
