Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced sales and business development professional to lead growth initiatives. This role requires someone who not only understands the creative marketing industry but can also design and implement systems that enhance our operations, from client acquisition to project delivery. Your goal is to help build IMMIGRANTS into a thriving, sustainable agency.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Process:
Lead the design and execution of our sales strategy, establishing streamlined processes to attract and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Pricing & Packaging Creative Services:
Use market insights to set competitive pricing models that reflect our value and ensure client satisfaction. Package services in ways that convey value and are clear for clients to understand.
Systems & Infrastructure:
Develop and refine internal systems that enable smooth operations, from client onboarding to project delivery. This includes implementing tools and processes that improve efficiency.
Hiring & Management:
Play a key role in recruiting and managing a team of creative professionals, ensuring they are empowered, inspired, and aligned with our vision.
Financial Management:
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure profitability and support growth goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and operations within the creative marketing space
- Agency experience preferred
- Strong understanding of creative agency pricing models, sales cycles, and project management
- Skilled in financial management with a focus on revenue growth and profitability
- Demonstrated success in building systems that support agency growth and client retention
