Event Project Manager

Your Mission:

• Develop and manage a comprehensive program plan that includes logistics, customs, permits, event schedules, and detailed timelines for each event.

• Coordinate on-site setup of production units, ensuring they are operational and ready for customer demonstrations while collaborating with technical operators for smooth execution.

• Oversee the logistics of moving production units and operators between locations, optimizing transport plans and resolving any logistics-related challenges.

• Ensure professional presentation of units during customer-facing demonstrations to effectively showcase our innovative production process to athletes and the running community.

• Manage regulatory compliance elements, including customs, taxes, and permits, to facilitate seamless cross-border movement of equipment and personnel.

• Proactively identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address challenges swiftly to minimize disruptions to the program schedule.

• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, including on-the-ground teams, leadership, and event organizers, providing timely updates and reporting on program progress.

Your Story:

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in events, logistics, or operations, with a proven track record in managing complex, international programs.

• Strong background in event setup and execution within a customer-centric or high-visibility environment.

• Demonstrated experience managing logistics and operational execution in a multi-site or global context.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of navigating challenges and resolving issues effectively under tight timelines.

• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy in planning and execution.

• Affinity for robotics and manufacturing automation strongly preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Event Management, Operations, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus
