SailPoint IIQ – Consultant/Sr. Consultant

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design & Implementation

   • Design and document architecture for SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions.
   • Customize, configure, and support identity provisioning and governance tools.
   • Implement complex configurations and best practices for SailPoint IIQ.

2. Identity and Access Management (IAM) Development

   • Gather requirements and develop rules, workflows, and LCM (Lifecycle Management) events.
   • Perform installation and configuration of SailPoint IIQ and handle upgrades to the latest versions.
   • Create and deploy build maps, provisioning, and aggregation strategies using various connectors like LDAP, AD, REST API, and Salesforce.

3. System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Management

   • Implement new code in UAT and Production environments, following SDLC processes.
   • Develop and manage source code and builds to support compliance and reporting.

4. IAM Platform Expertise

   • Leverage expertise in IAM concepts, including identity stores, authentication, authorization, privileged access management, and more.
   • Work with application/web servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere) and J2EE development.

5. Monitoring and SLA Management

   • Track and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met, escalating exceptions as needed.

6. Testing & Validation

   • Build and execute system validation test cases to meet defined requirements.
   • Oversee IAM solution development and integration, ensuring robust performance across all platforms.

Required Skills

· 5+ years of hands-on knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions design and architecture documentation. Involved in complex and large-scale configuration and best practices implementation

· Broad understanding of the IAM cybersecurity landscape including identity stores, authentication / authorization, strong authentication, & privileged access management capabilities and methodologies

· Gathering Requirements, Developing build map rules, LCM Events, Rules and workflows

· Install, Customize, configure and support identify provisioning and Governance tools

· Performing Installation and configuration of SailPoint IdentityIQ and Involve in the SailPoint Upgradation to Latest Versions and Developing IAM Solutions using SailPoint IIQ

· Aggregating and Provisioning users using various Connectors (LDAP,AD,REST API , Salesforce)

· Experience working with Application/Web Servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere) or developing J2EE products.

· Install, customize, configure, and support identity provisioning and governance tools

· Implement new code into UAT and Production for system development lifecycle processes

· Monitors delivery against SLAs and addresses exceptions to management

· Manage source code and builds for compliance reporting

· Proficient in Java, XML, and RESTful web services.

· Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

· Build solid system validation test cases in alignment with requirements

· Solid experience with databases, Active Directory, LDAP, application servers, operating systems and network infrastructure
