About the role
Our Brand Platform drives hundreds of millions of dollars of ad placements a year. More than 5,000 retailers and 1M brands across the world choose LTK to deliver their influencer marketing programs at scale.
The Manager, Sales will be responsible for hiring, coaching and leading a team of highly talented Account Executives to drive domestic Brand Platform software as a Service (SaaS) revenue to e-commerce companies, advertisers and agencies. This unique role will be integral in helping identify and shape our goto-market sales strategy. The role will develop forward-thinking, repeatable sales tactics and processes while exceeding team sales quotas. As a sales leader responsible for a significant part of LTK’s growth, this person will collaborate closely with other parts of the business (product, marketing, operations, finance).
How you will make an impact
- Effectively lead a team of quota-carrying Account Executives and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to manage a full sales cycle, build and manage a pipeline, and deliver accurate forecasting
- Provide support for escalations and participate directly in complex sales situations and negotiations
- Hire, motivate, coach and provide training to increase productivity and skill sets of employees
- Analyze detailed reports, opportunity management, quotes, and forecasting as well as verbal feedback to sales management while helping to establish go-to-market strategies
- Ensure high-quality customer experience while building C-level relationships
- Understand first-hand the product and technology portfolio, conduct demos of the suite of tools to provide a deep overview to our customers of what we are and what we offer
- Strong bias for action and ability to seize opportunity, problem solve, coordinate, and manage numerous projects and schedules simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-functional environment
- Be a cultural and motivational leader in the organization and demonstrate a leadership style that is competitive, upbeat, and motivates others to reach their goals
- Form a seamless sales-marketing relationship to optimize lead generation
- Collaborate with other teams, including other business unit GMs, marketing, product, customer success, finance, and operations, and contribute to the company's go-to-market strategy and execution
What you will bring to LTK
- 8+ years of sales experience driving sales and platform revenue across B2C SaaS, media, ecommerce and/or technology
- 2+ years of experience people management
- Proven history of over achievement vs. targets as individual and team lead
- Proficient in Hubspot/Salesforce (or similar CRM tool)
- Experience in the e-commerce, influencer or technology space preferred
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency
- Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence
