Bookkeeper

Longyards is excited to expand our team! We’re seeking a part-time Bookkeeper with a solid understanding of real estate and self-storage. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and looking to apply your financial skills to a growing company, we want to hear from you!

Position: Part-Time Bookkeeper
Location: Valrico/Tampa Area (Do not apply if you are not in the area)
Company: Longyards

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate, organized records.
Assist in preparing financial reports and support our budgeting and forecasting efforts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and general accounting standards.
Collaborate with the team to improve financial processes and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:

Basic knowledge of real estate and self-storage industries.
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks experience is a plus!).
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
