Credible is a revolutionary digital platform leveraging AI and behavioral neuroscience to enhance human connection at work. Please note that for the first few months there is no salary for this role. You will be working initially on the MVP in exchange for a sizeable equity stake. This position is for 10% equity in the company, representing a large grant of equity for joining at this stage.

We are participating in an accelerator program (EWOR.io) with a ton of resources including angel investors, VCs, mentors and other founders. This accelerator invests in startups with a product and initial traction and we anticipate to be asking for their pre-seed investment within 4-6 months. We are targeting a move to a seed round with a $10-20 million valuation within 6-12 further months.

We are seeking a Principal Engineer/Co-Founder with expertise in integrating large language models (LLMs) alongside full-stack development, to collaborate in the development of the Credible platform and engage with the accelerator network alongside the CEO and CTO.

Skills and requirements:

• Integration with Large Language Models (LLMs): Develop and implement advanced algorithms to process and analyze user data from LinkedIn profiles, CVs, and self-reported information. Leverage existing open-source frameworks and standardized taxonomies for accurate data categorization and insights. Design and implement supplementary assessments to enhance profile completeness, accuracy, and relevance. Ideally, candidates should have experience with GPT and Llama 3, as well as proficiency in optimizing LLMs for high-quality, contextualized user profiling.
• Back-end Architecture: Design a scalable, reliable back-end system to support high-volume user data processing and analysis, optimized for integration with large language models (LLMs) to enable advanced profile generation and insights. The architecture should support both code-based and no-code MVP approaches, with flexibility for various technology stacks..
• Proficiency in front-end development with a strong focus on user experience (UX) design. Experience with frameworks like React is advantageous.
• Data Privacy and Compliance: Implement measures to protect user data in compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, emphasizing privacy and security.
• APIs and Integrations: Develop APIs and protocols for seamless integration with LinkedIn, team-building tools, intranets, and recruiting tools, prioritizing authentication mechanisms and data exchange processes.
• Work with accelerator to vision the product from a technical perspective, pivot as necessary and prioritize features that will drive value and attract investment.
