Role Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced and creative 3D Designer with a strong portfolio in 3D modelling, animation, and rendering. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and the technical expertise to create captivating visual content for both digital and physical applications. This role will be pivotal in translating complex ideas into visually appealing designs that enhance brand identity and engage our audience.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and create high-quality 3D models, animations, and visuals that align with brand objectives and project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to develop innovative 3D designs for digital campaigns, product demos, and visual storytelling.
• Bring creative concepts to life through 3D rendering and animation, ensuring designs are visually stunning, realistic, and on-brand.
• Optimise 3D assets for various platforms (web, mobile, AR/VR) and manage file exports and formatting as required.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in 3D design to continually elevate the quality and impact of deliverables.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance project vision and strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in 3D Design, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in 3D design, animation, or related fields.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Blender, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or equivalent.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D design projects across various media (static and animated).
• Excellent understanding of lighting, texturing, and rendering techniques for photorealistic outputs.
• Familiarity with AR/VR design, Unity or Unreal Engine experience is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, with a creative flair and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
