Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Intern with at least 6 months to 1 year of experience, specializing in influencer marketing, partnership building, and visibility enhancement through offline and digital strategies. In this role, you’ll work with the marketing team to identify and engage influencers, build strategic partnerships, and optimize cold email marketing for user acquisition. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced fintech startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Influencer Marketing: Identify, reach out to, and manage relationships with influencers in the Indian diaspora to amplify ScopeX’s visibility and credibility. Coordinate campaigns to showcase our product’s benefits and increase brand awareness.
- Partner Marketing: Develop and nurture partnerships with relevant organizations, Indian community groups, and other companies to drive brand awareness and foster community engagement.
- Offline Partnerships: Explore opportunities for offline visibility in Indian grocery stores, community events, and university programs in Europe to promote ScopeX directly to target audiences.
- Cold Email Marketing: Work on B2C cold email marketing campaigns, optimizing messaging, targeting, and engagement metrics to drive new user sign-ups. Support A/B testing efforts to maximize open and conversion rates.
- Content & Campaign Creation: Support the team in creating and executing influencer and partnership marketing campaigns, email sequences, and content that highlights our unique selling points.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track the performance of influencer partnerships, email campaigns, and other efforts. Prepare regular reports to identify what’s working and where there are opportunities to improve.
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content across ScopeX’s social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements.
- Ad Campaigns: Support the team in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on customer acquisition and engagement.
- Market & Audience Research: Conduct research on competitor strategies, target audience behavior, and new digital marketing trends to inform campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Graduated / Pursuing MBA or equivalent
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in influencer marketing, partnership building, or community outreach
- Basic understanding of digital ad platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and basic knowledge of A/B testing principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messaging.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and excited to connect with people and communities.
- Passionate about fintech, digital payments, or remittance services.
