Role Overview:

As a Commission-Only Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals that align with our blockchain development services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Target Prospects: Research and engage with potential clients in the blockchain, finance, healthcare, supply chain, and other industries looking to leverage blockchain technology.
Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong relationships with C-level executives, founders, and decision-makers to understand their business needs and position our services as the solution.
Consultative Selling: Understand the technical aspects of blockchain technology and our service offerings to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Lead Generation & Management: Generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, networking, and attending industry events.
Present & Close: Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts to close sales.
Client Retention & Upsell: Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and exploring additional project opportunities.
