Role Overview
As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing marketing data to provide insights that guide Halfgram’s marketing strategies. Your work will help optimize campaign performance, improve user engagement, and contribute to overall growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness
- Conduct market research to understand user trends and competitive positioning
- Provide insights on user acquisition, retention, and engagement data
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize strategies and ROI
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or a graduate degree
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Halfgram user (We strongly prefer candidates who are familiar with our community and understand our mission firsthand)
- Experience in digital marketing or the tech industry
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing metrics
- Passionate about data-driven decision-making and user-centered marketing
