The Client Partner manages multiple complex accounts, acting as a trusted client advocate and a powerful ambassador for Struck’s capabilities. This role requires a unique focus on relationship building where you’ll align stakeholders on strategic project goals, lead cross-functional collaboration, and ensure that both creative vision and business objectives are met.
You Are...

- A strategic thinker: You have a proven ability to proactively advise clients on best practices in marketing, design, and project execution while remaining agile in dynamic settings.
- A master presenter: You confidently represent Struck’s offerings, guiding discussions with clarity and purpose. During moments of challenge, you are a calm, strategic voice, refocusing teams on solution-oriented problem-solving.
You Have...
- 4+ years of experience in an agency or related environment, managing complex client relationships.
- Proven ability to develop engagement and growth strategies and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to execute these plans effectively.
- A strong grasp of Design Architecture and relationship management within that space, including the ability to navigate client expectations and advocate for project alignment.
- A sense of urgency, from the client’s perspective, ensuring projects are smoothly managed and all deliverables are timely and of high quality.
- A strong planning focus, with experience collaborating closely in strategic project phases. You support and align teams, ensuring client goals are understood and that the Strategist, Creative, and Production leads have the information they need to drive the project forward.
- Knowledge of key metrics for measuring usability, usefulness, and desirability, including Net Promoter Score and other indicators of growth and project impact.
- The ability to clarify goals, objectives, and timelines, while taking ownership of outcomes.
- A background in branding, media, experiential design, or architecture, with a strong understanding of creative and technical processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop strategic documents and presentations.
You Will...
- Focus on Design Architecture clients while supporting strategic relationships across other service areas, ensuring alignment with business objectives and creative integrity in every engagement.
- Collaborate deeply with Production and Creative teams to ensure a shared understanding of client goals, timelines, and project milestones, establishing a cohesive approach to complex projects.
- Lead the strategic development of new business pitches, from RFP responses to account closings.
- Establish clear, profitable client engagements through the development of proposals, estimates, and change orders.
- Emphasize a people-first approach, advocating for the users and clients we serve and ensuring that all voices are heard and aligned.
- Actively contribute to new business efforts, identifying growth opportunities, and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Proactively align multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring everyone is focused on achieving key outcomes, from concept to completion.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in Marketing, Digital, Branding, Advertising, and Design Architecture, leveraging insights to benefit our clients.
