Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to boost Halfgram’s visibility and user acquisition. Your role will focus on building brand awareness, optimizing online presence, and increasing engagement across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search engines
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance, using insights to improve future strategies
- Collaborate with content and product teams to create cohesive messaging and branding
- Conduct market research to identify trends and user preferences
- Track and report on key marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and data analysis
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads)
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of marketing metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Halfgram user (We strongly prefer candidates who are familiar with our community and understand our mission firsthand)
- Experience in the tech or social media industry
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies
- Passionate about storytelling and community engagement
