Role Overview

As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll be responsible for optimizing Halfgram’s development, deployment, and monitoring infrastructure. Your work will ensure that our platform is scalable, secure, and reliable, providing users with a seamless experience at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment
• Monitor app performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance stability
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
• Ensure the security of cloud environments and data handling
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize software delivery and operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git) and cloud providers (AWS, GCP)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and monitoring tools
• Understanding of network and system security principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Halfgram user (We strongly prefer candidates who are familiar with our community and understand our mission firsthand)
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
• Knowledge of security best practices for cloud and DevOps environments
• Passionate about building scalable and reliable systems
